OVERVIEW
This historic five bedroom ranch-house is located in the heart of ranching and wildlife country. The 320 acre property is surrounded on three sides with public land and deer, elk, antelope and other wildlife are all residents of the area. It is close to the Colorado border too.
Bring your horse, bike, hiking shoes or four-wheeler and explore miles of back roads. You can also fish in the river, birdwatch or explore any of the many historical areas nearby.
Depending on the season, you can rent the whole house or one room at a time. From $65- per room to $250 for the whole house.
